Hartford Communities That Care (HCTC)

Community-based violence prevention since 1998. Operates Connecticut's first Hospital-Linked Violence Intervention Program (HVIP) with 24/7 crisis response for crime victims. Programs include mental health support, workforce readiness, youth leadership academy, and family wellness.

Comprehensive addiction treatment through Hartford HealthCare's behavioral health network. Offers residential, day treatment, intensive outpatient (IOP), and standard outpatient tracks. All tracks offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) including Suboxone, methadone, and Vivitrol.

National Alliance on Mental Illness - Connecticut
