SMS Terms
Navigator Technologies LLC owns and operates Hartford Navigator and its HFD Navigator SMS Line. Texting is available in English and Spanish. You may consent in either of two ways: through the separate choice and unchecked checkbox on a resource page, or during a hotline call after the assistant reads the complete disclosure and you provide a separate, clear yes. Calling, asking about texting, or sending an inbound SMS keyword does not enroll you. Each consent covers one requested resource message and at most one follow-up. Each additional resource requires new consent. Texting is optional and non-marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share numbers for marketing and delete linked data within 90 days.
SMS support and privacy
Two-way operational SMS support is available in English and Spanish only. Consent to receive texts is not required to use the directory or hotline. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Technical service providers process only the data needed to operate the service.
