The chat assistant uses artificial intelligence to help you find resources. It only recommends services from our database, but its responses may not always be perfect. Use your judgment and verify information directly.

Texting is not available yet while we wait for carrier approval. When it launches, we will send only messages you request to a number you provide (see our Privacy Policy for details). Message and data rates may apply. Frequency will be limited to the requested message plus, at most, one follow-up. You will be able to reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We will not sell or share your number, and carriers will not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
