Greater Hartford's center for independent living, for people with any disability and their families. Core services are peer counseling, independent living skills training, information and referral, advocacy, and transition planning for young people and for people moving from nursing homes back into the community. It also offers free counseling with an in-house mental health counselor and aging-in-place home assessments.
