If you are experiencing homelessness, visit the Day Program at 55 Bartholomew Ave Hartford, CT 06106. Day Program Hours: Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:45 PM Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. If you're unable to visit during these hours, please reach out to Stephanie Boyce, Director of Homeless Prevention, Outreach, and Food Access Programs.
