Its Help Line helps families who do not have a DDS case manager apply for family support services or find other community resources.

To get DDS services, first apply for eligibility with the DDS application form (in English or Spanish), with records showing the intellectual disability began before age 18; autism has a separate application. Families without a case manager can call the North Region Help Line at (877) 437-4577 or email dds.nr.ifshelpline@ct.gov.
