Federally qualified health center (FQHC) providing primary care, dental care, eye care, urgent care, and behavioral health services since 1978. Joint Commission accredited. Sliding fee scale regardless of ability to pay.

Mon-Thu 8am-8pm, Fri-Sat 8:30am-5pm. Urgent Care 7 days/week.

Before you go: No insurance? You're still welcome. Fees slide with your income, and urgent care is open all 7 days. Evenings run late Mon-Thu (til 8pm).

Community Renewal Team

Connecticut's largest community action agency providing comprehensive human services including housing, emergency shelters, food assistance, energy assistance, weatherization, childcare, youth employment, substance abuse prevention, and senior nutrition.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Family Service Centers: Mon-Fri 8am-7pm, Sat 9am-12pm.

Before you go: CRT runs many programs under one roof, each with its own rules. Call first (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) so they can point you to the right one before you go.
