Hartford Communities That Care (HCTC)

Community-based violence prevention since 1998. Operates Connecticut's first Hospital-Linked Violence Intervention Program (HVIP) with 24/7 crisis response for crime victims. Programs include mental health support, workforce readiness, youth leadership academy, and family wellness.

Our Piece of the Pie, Inc.

Empowers youth ages 14-24 in Greater Hartford to succeed in education, employment, and life. Each youth is paired with a Youth Development Specialist to create an individualized success plan. Services include academic support, job readiness, internships, job placement, and post-secondary preparation.
