Federally qualified health center (FQHC) providing primary care, dental care, eye care, urgent care, and behavioral health services since 1978. Joint Commission accredited. Sliding fee scale regardless of ability to pay.

Mon-Thu 8am-8pm, Fri-Sat 8:30am-5pm. Urgent Care 7 days/week.

Before you go: Bring photo ID, insurance or HUSKY card if you have one, and a medication list.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Family Service Centers: Mon-Fri 8am-7pm, Sat 9am-12pm.
