Home-delivered meals program providing two meals per day, five days a week, year-round to homebound elderly residents in Greater Hartford. Hot lunches delivered between 10am-1pm. Accommodates special diets. $3 donation suggested but no one denied a meal.

What to expect
Referrals are accepted from doctors, hospitals, VNAs, and town social service departments. An interview and/or home visit is required to assess need. Once approved, we will begin meal delivery within two days of receiving the application.
