How to Get Help
Call 211, press 3, then 6 to schedule. Or visit 211ct.org/taxhelp. Bring W-2s, ID, Social Security cards, and prior year return.
What to expect
Customers may pick up a VITA intake packet and return envelope, complete the intake packet with supporting documents, and return their information to the appropriate site. CRT staff will complete customer taxes and arrange an appointment to review and sign tax returns.
